Hone that bod signature pilates

This is the OG, the trailblazer, the best place to start. 

The Hone That Bod Approach is to challenge you in the best way possible and to have fun whilst doing it! We are all about physical principles, big energy and even bigger smiles.

The signature pilates class is a full-body workout that hits all the right spots; low-impact, builds strength, improves flexibility, helps posture and practises balance.

This is a 60 min class of mat pilates, with a focus on equipment and tactile cues for maximum impact.


Mat & equipment: provided

Ability: beginner, intermediate & advanced

If you think you are going to be laying down for an hour then think again. The jams might be a little slower, the vibe a tad more mellow but don’t be fooled, we want you to work. Stretch is the name of the game but strength and mobilisation also make an appearance because what do we want?....LONGEVITY - THAT’S RIGHT!

This combo of pilates and stretching is going to improve our flexibility, pull up our posture and increase our mobilisation aka make us as loosey-goosey as a rubber band. Believe us when we say you will be floating out of here on a cloud.
