A 90 minute event to take a step away from the daily grind and come back to yourself.

Welcome to Pilates & Pause: a mini series of longer events that teach you how to tune into your mind-body connection. Hosted by founders of Hone That Bod and A Little Space, Alice Hoddell and Sarah Weeks.

These events are for anyone who is looking to find a nurturing space where they can banish the burnout and come back to a place of inner calm and focus. 

Our longform classes are designed to explore the positive flow that happens when you feel the connection between your body and your mind. We practise movement and mindfulness to bring you to a place of self-awareness and self-love. In other words, we want you to feel yourself. 

Each class in this mini series focuses on a different mind-body outcome, which range from centring to stress release and everything in between.

This is a 90 minute event, brought to you in three rolling segments; 45 minutes of pilates, 15 minutes of slow transition stretch and 30 minutes of horizontal guided meditation. Our sessions are known for their hands-on approach. We champion tactile pilates and stretch with hands-on adjustment for greater range of movement and confidence. Our guided meditation is amplified through light massage and touch.

Our 2nd event will be at the Yoga Garden, Wesley Yard, Newquay 

Please bring:

Sweat towel, water, eye mask, warm blanket. Mats and all other equipment provided.
